REPRESENTATIVE GAMES FIXTURES FOR TO-DAY MATCH WITH SOUTH AUCKLAND Two Auckland Rugby representative teams will bo engaged this afternoon. The first fifteen will play its annual match against Waikato at Hamilton, hitherto played on June 3. The second selection will be opposed to the South Auckland team at Eden Park, commencing at.3 p.m. The curtain-raiser to this fixture will be played by teams representing the Auckland and Mount Albert Grammar Schools. Owing to injuries, AV. E. Hadley has been replaced by 11. Bond as hooker in the team to,play Waikato, while C. Passmoro and D. Bailey will act as emergencies. L. S. Drake, one of the original emergencies, was unavailable on account of injuries. Following are the teams for the match at Eden Park:— Auckland.—AV. Hare (Training College), A. Schubert (Manukau), K. JUNIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT OF SELECTORS The following selectors were appointed at the meeting of the junior management board of the Auckland Rugby Union held last evening:—Junior grade. Messrs. N.. Robertson, E. Matthews, A. Craigg, A. Simmonds; third grade, Messrs. J. Brimblc, S. Traill, M. Judd; intermediate grade, Messrs. E. Watkins, C. L. Charne.v, C. Addison. The committee decided to write to several clubs asking them to explain why they are playing unregistered players. It was decided to play the sixth grade match between Eden and Newton on August 2-1. The Parneli-Otahuhu match set down for last Saturday will be played at a later date. .The University Club's second grade team was granted permission to travel to Helensville to-day. J. Kirk, of the College Rifles Club, was regraded to first juniors. J. Anderson, of Eden, was granted an open transfer, subject to the production of a clearance. The management committee resolved that clubs and referees be advised that the practice must be stopped.
