LATEST GERMAN DECREE (Received -May (5, 11.5 p.m.) BERLIN, May (i Owing to the shortage of leather the German Government has decreed that the bodies of all cattle, horses, dog.,, sheep and pigs must be ukinned and the hides made available to the leather industry.
