Accused was the driver of a motor-car which struck and killed her mother. Mrs. Flora Millard, a widow, aged -10, in Kilos Road, on the night of April 2-1. ]n dismissing the charge of failing to stop the magistrate said that when accused discovered that someone bad been hit she returned within a. few minutes to the scene of the accident.
