MOTOR-CYCLE MISHAPS
TWO RIDERS IN HOSPITAL COLLISIONS WITH CARS A compound fracture of his right leg and fractures to his right thigh and right wrist were suffered by a motorcyclist, Mr. Raymond William Cannon, as the result of a collision with a motorcar late 011 Saturday afternoon. Mr. Cannon, who is an employee of the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company, Hamilton, and resides at Torrington Avenue, Frankton Junction, was subsequently admitted to the Auckland Hospital. His condition last night was reported to be serious. In a collision with a motor-car at the corner of Great South Road and Adam Street., Green Lane, at about 7.30 on Saturday night, a motor-cyclist, Mr. William Miller, aged 27, single, of 36 Hokonui Road, Otahuhu, suffered concussion and lacerations to his right knee. He was taken to the Auckland
Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition last night was reported to be serious.
COLLAR-BONE FRACTURED ACCIDENT AT HAMILTON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday A fractured collar-bone and concussion were sustained by a motor-cyclist, Mr. Aubrey Dalton. aged 22, a farmhand. of Kiwitahi, when he came into collision with a motor-car at the intersection of Naylor and Firth Streets. Hamilton East, this afternoon. .He was taken to the Waikato Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition last night was not serious.
