CAR SKIDS ON BEND

MAN IN GRAVE CONDITION [BY TELEGHAFH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Friday A panelbeator, Mr. G. Pound, of Riddler's Crescent, Petone, is in a grave condition from head injuries as a result of tlio overturning of his car on the Hutt Road. Mr. L. C. Adams, aged 24, a striker at the Hutt railway workshops, to whom he was giving a lift, was also injured. The car apparently went into a skid 011 a bend a mile south of Petone.
