CONSTITUTIONALISTS LEAD (Received February 18, 5.5 p.m.) BOMBAY, Fob. 17 An analysis of tho results of the general election in India to date shows that the National Congress Party has secured 371 seats and the Constitutionalists 642. Seventy seats have not vet been declared out of a total of 1083. There are still a few elected waverers who may declare for the Congress Party.
