CONTROL OF MOTOR-BOATS [3Y TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT J TAURANGA, Saturday The Tauranga Harbour Board at a special meeting adopted an amendment to the by-laws providing that motorlaunches and outboard motor-boats shall have affixed or attached to the engines an efficient silencer. The speed of such vessels within the harbour was limited to five miles an hour, when passing through auy protected anchorages lor yachts or launches or when passing within 440 yards of high water mark on any part of the foreshore.
