DOCTOR'S FREQUENT VISITS " BEGINNING CONVALESCENCE " (Received January 17, G. 30 p.m.) VATICAN CITY. Jan. If! A semi-official statement has been issued announcing that Dr. Milani, the Pope's chief medical adviser, continues to visit His Holiness three times a day and is "prescribing a cure" for his octogenarian patient, "who, only now, is beginning his convalescence from a grave attack and continues to suffer from heart and circulation disturbances." Tho Pope this afternoon, while working on diplomatic documents, suffered a violent neuritis in tho right arm. necessitating an injection and the same electrical treatment as that applied to his legs.
His Holiness was cheerful yesterday and attended Mass. He also received visitors as he sat in a wheel chair.
