His health now has improved and his mind has been relieved owing to tho removal of constitutional uncertainties.

Moreover, the Whitsuntide recess ifi often regarded as a convenient period for Cabinet reconstruction and Mr. Baldwin is likely to continue in office until the autumn when the recess will allow his successor conveniently to take over
