EIGHT SURVIVORS
WRECK OF FINNISH VESSEL LIFEBOAT DRIFTS ASHORE LONDON, Jan. 13 It is now ascertained that 30 lives wore lost yesterday in tho wreck of the new Finnish steamer Joanna Thorden on the Lowtfier Roof, off the northeast coast of Scotland. One lifeboat, in which there were originally 25 persons, came ashore today at South, Ronaldshay. It contained only three bodies. Tho eight survivors are now on their way to Finland.
