DOMINION TOURNEY PLAY IN WELLINGTON EINKS CHAMPIONSHIP AUCKLANDEKS ELIMINATED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLINGTON, Thursday The Dominion bowling tournament was continued to-day in splendid weather conditions. Crowds lined the banks for the post-sectional play in the rinks championship and the spectators were treated to some splendid exhibitions. The remaining two Auckland teams, Mingins (Ponsonby') and Dearo (Carlton), were eliminated.

Five teams remain in the rinks competition. The skips are: —Gray (two lives), Perry-, London, Haworth and Silbery, each one life.

The singles and pairs events wero nlso advanced, Mingins winning tho semi-final of tho singles. Results were as follows: — RINKS CHAMPIONSHIP Fifth Round.—Two lifers: Gray, 15, r. Skoglund, 9; Haworth, a bye. One lifers: Silbery, 23, v. Wilson, 19; Perry, 20, r. Edwards, 17; Engebretsen, 19, v. Dickinson, 18; London. 23, v. Gilbert, 15. ■ Sixth Round.—Silbery, 22, v. Haworth, 13 (Haworth lost first life); Perry, 19, v. Engebretsen, IS; London, 30, v. Skoglund, 25; Gray (twj lives), a bye.
