DIVISIONS ANNOUNCED [ 11Y TKI.KGKAI'H —IMtKSS ASSOCIATIONj WELLINGTON, Friday It is announced in the Gazette that the following will constitute the first division of the Court of Appeal:—The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Kennedy. Mr. Justice Callau and Mr. Justice Northcroft. The following will constitute the second division:—The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr. .Justice Ostler. Mr. Justice Smith, Mr. Justice Johnston and Mr. Justice Fair.
