KILLED IN CRASH
TITLED FRENCHMAN MACHINE STRIKES TREES (Received January I, ">.5 p.m.) TRIESTE, Jan. 3 Baron Henri d'Erlangcr, nephew of Baron Eniile d'Erlangcr, international financier, was killed to-day when flying solo near Trieste. It is believed that he ran out of petrol and was attempting to glide to the aerodrome when his machine crashed into some trees.
