RECKLESS DRIVERS
HAMILTON-ROTORUA ROAD SPEED ON ROUGH PORTIONS [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday Motorists driving between Rotorua and Hamilton yesterday were greatly embarrassed by the lack of consideration and care shown by many drivers on the road. The unsealed sections of the road were in poor condition throughout the holiday period, being deeply rutted in many places. A number of motorists drove at excessive speeds, in spite of the condition of the road, and took bends in a manner that endangered their own li^® 3 and those of other users of the road. Manj' visitors to the district ,^'f ra disappointed with, the condition of tn® road.
