Valuable Partnership This partnership continued to withstand the attack, which was never loose. Moloney gave his first chance when he returned a simple catch to Mulcock off his own bowling, but Mulcock failed to hold it. Moloney was missed again shortly afterwards, Bellamy failing to hold an on drive off Cromb. Tll turn catches were dropped by Cobden, fielding substitute for Page, and Bellamy. Moloney's long and patient innings ended when he hit Cromb to Roberts at mid-off. Roberts fielded quickly and returned_to Cromb, Moloney being run out. 18" —3—B.
