Hyland, j Assistant-Minister of Agriculture in ! Victoria, and Mr. H. A. Mullett, j Director of Agriculture in the same State. They will attend the science j congress in Auckland, but will also j tour New Zealand and investigate j agricultural developments, notably in j the dairying and pastoral industries, on which thev will report to the Vic- i torian Government. Mr. Hylaml said \ they desired, also, to investigate the j New Zealand system of seed certification, with a view to ascertaining whether improvements could be made . in the Victorian system.
