NEWS TO BRITISH EMPIRE i BERLIN, Dec. 2f> | The German Broadcasting Company, ; a subsidiary of the Ministry of Propa- j ganda, lias issued a booklet of New i Year programmes, on nine short-wave j lengths, for New Zealand, Australia, ; Canada, South Africa and other parts j of the J3ritish Empire. The programme will include bulletins ' of carefully censored news and other. Nazi propaganda, in addition to lessons , in German and readings from the writ- j ings of Horr Hitler, Dr. Goebbels and ! other Nazi leaders.
The broadcasts are especially aimed at winning the sympathy of the young. Attention will be given to special "colonial broadcasts," eulogising the work of tho German colonial pioneer, Peters.
