MR. IDE VALERA'S DESIRE BROADCAST TO AMERICA (Received December 27, 5.5 p.m.) DUBLIN, Dec. 20 The President of the Executive of the Irish Free State, Mr. do Valera, in the course of a broadcast to America, said: "Wo wish to be on terms of friendship with Britain and obstacles to that are being removed one by one. "I look forward to the day when all obstacles will have disappeared. May that day come in the year now before us."
