ENGLISHMAN'S ARREST
CRIMES IN UNITED STATES ALLEGATIONS OF SWINDLING (Received December 7, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 6 Charles E. Robinson, aged 64, an Englishman, was arrested in Chicago to-day as a fugitive from justice under tho Federal Stolen Property Act, reports the New York Times. Frederick Tuttle, vice-president and treasurer of an American ammunition company, was recently swindled out of .'30,000 dollars. The police watched Robinson's homo for some time.
The Federal Department of Justice later confirmed their belief that ltobinson was the notorious swindler "Mr. A."
