UNPRECEDENTED INCREASE TOKIO,'Nov. 23 There is an unprecedented increase of about £43,000,000 over the working Budget, shown at £180,000,000, in the fixed Budget for the coming fiscal year. Statesmen, however, have succeeded in curbing the militarists' clamour and induced cuts of £6.000.000 and £0,500,0(|P in the military and naval votes.
The estimated deficit of £50.000.000 is covered by bond issues.
