CARNIVAL THIS EVENING
WAITEMATA CLUB'S EVENTS Leading swimmers such as It. 13. Frankham, N. Crump, W. Johnson, A. Paseoo and Miss M. Leydon will be among the competitors at the Waitemata Amateur Swimming and Lifesaving Club's carnival to be held at the Tepid Baths to-niyht. The principal event is the annual inter-club relay contest of 300 yards for the Foss Memorial Cup, the present holder of which is th"j Mount Eden Club. A 220 yards open handicap, 66 2-3 yards open handicap, 66 2-3 yards ladies' handicap and 100 yards medley handicap will be included on the programme.
