DIVORCE GRANTED
Adultery was the ground on which Alexander Brittin Scales (Mr. Coone.v), sought divorce from Florence Kutli Scales, before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday. William John Francis Darragh was named as the corespondent. The parties were married in 1925 and there are four children. ' The petitioner gave evidence that in September, 1935,' co-respondent, and his wife admitted adultery. When he came home a fortnight later his wife left. The children remained with hinu His Honor issued a decree nisi.
