D. G. Sullivan, in a letter written to tho Municipal Association and received at a meeting of the Hamilton Borough CouncM this evening. Mr. Sullivan added thai tho department was fully aware of his views in tho mattor and every care would be taken by it in order to put this policy into effect. Tho department would give careful consideration to any representations made in respect of any, hoardings.
