FRESH JAPANESE ADVANCE ATTACKERS REPULSED SHANGHAI, Nov. 1(j Amid severe snowstorms, the Jap-anese-controlled Manchukuo - Mongol forces launched a fresh attack against the Chinese in Suiyuan, but in spite of the assistance of aeroplanes were again driven off. The attackers withdrew into C'hahnr, but renewed fighting is antici paled. Chinese political circles interpret events as an attempt to carve another slice from Chineso territory in pursuance of Japan's plan to create a buffer zone on the northern frontier against the Soviet.
