It was decided that a committee comprising the chairman, Mr. P. Brenan. and the deputy-chairman, Mr. AY Danby, should prepare a report for the next meeting of the board on the scope of the commission already set up. and that the secretary, Mr. G. loupe, should be authorised to obtain figures that might be required for all aspects of the amalgamation to be considered.
