ACTION FOR INJUNCTION ALLEGATIONS BY BREWERS [»Y T ELKCRAI'II —I'll ESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday Judgment was reserved in the Supreme Court at the close of the first of four actions brought by brewers and bottlers against Agnes Callingham, a dealer, to secure a restraining injunction concerning the alleged non-return of branded bottles and the conversion of bottles.
Fivo similar notions aro ponding against MoKendrick Brothers, Limited, bottle dealers, trading in Auckland and Wellington, but only one will lie heard, as against the defendant Callingham, it being agreed that, the decision shall lie binding on the others, as is the course taken in the present case.
