WEST END OUTLET
Sir, —May I ask how much longer have wo to wait for the abolition of those dangerous steps not far from the gasworks. Surely a continuation of Waiteluata. Street into Freeinans Bay couhl be made? Besides giving work to the unemployed, it would be a great improvement, also a great benefit to the hundreds of those unfortunates who have to use those disgraceful steps, which aro most dangerous in wet weather. West End.
