McCREADY-PENCHEFF BOUT Earl McCready the British Empire champion, will be seen in action at the Auckland Town Hall next Monday night against George PenchefT, a clever and versatile wrestler, who first visited New Zealand in the 1031 season. Pencheff was a promising wrestler when he was hero previously, hut since then he has had so much, experience in Australian and American rings that he is now a highly seasoned and capable performer. He is 29 years old and weighs 15% stone. He has been wrestling as a professional for about eight years, having competed in European rings before he made his first visit to America. Early this year he hud over 100 matches in America without, suffering a single defeat. As Pencheff is eligible la wrestle for the Hritish Empire title, his performance against McCready will be closely watched. Tho following amateur preliminaries have been arranged:—S.
