KAINU.I CLUB'S MEETING [FROM OlJIt OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAUPIRI, Wednesday Continued interest over the past season was revealed in the ieport presented at the Kainui Tennis Club's annual meeting. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr. S. A. Clarke; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Sing and li. P. Griftin; secretary. Miss M. Walter; treasurer, Mr. P. Drink water; auditor, Mr. W. B. Cumming; delegates to the Lower Waikato Association, Messrs. McCurdy and G. Drinkwater; committee, Mrs. N. Shaw, A. Smith, Messrs. E. Burman, McCurdy, W. Cumming, D. J oil and G. Drinkwater. TE KOPURU CLUB [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] DARGAVILLE, Wednesday There was a fair attendance at the annual meeting of the Te Kopurn Tennis Club, the president, Dr. J. A. Marshall, presiding. The report showed that the past season had been quite a successful one. The balance-sheet showed a credit of CIS. The following officers were elected:—Patron, the Rt. Hon. J. (3 Coates; president, Dr. J. A. Marshall; vice presidents, Messrs. W. Corkill and S. Ledger: captain, Mrs. J. A. Marshall; vice-captain. Mr. G. M. Hackett; secretary and treasurer, Mr. B. It. Bell; committee, Mesdames R Bell and G. M. Hackett, Miss K. Hackett, Messrs. M. It. Corkill, E. C. Ropo and V. Tobbutt.
