INQUIRY INTO BOUNDARIES DECISION BY MINISTER [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Sunday The boundaries of the Thames, Waihi, Coromandel and Tauranga hospital districts aro to bo the subject of an inquiry, according to a decision announced by tho Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, to set up a commission of inquiry. The decision has been made in reply to representations by the Waihi Borough Council, the Waihi Chamber of Commerce and the Waihi branch of the Farmers' Union. The main question involved is whether tho hospital districts should be reconstituted so as to form a smaller number of districts The levy made this year by the Waihi Hospital Board on the local authority amounted to £2356, with the result that tho hospital rate was raised from Is 2d to Is 7d in the pound.
