PONGAKAWA SETTLEMENT ("BY TI'LKGHAPII —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TE PUKE, Friday The pricking out of the new season's tobacco seedlings into tho nursery beds is progressing well at the Trmgakawa Valley tobacco settlement, where good progress is being made. In a few weeks' time the second batch of seedlings will be out of the glasshouse. Tho sections have had their second tilling with the rotary hoe and most of the plots have been given a good dressing of lime.
