"NOT OPEN FOR DISCUSSION" RESOLUTION AT CONFERENCE LONDON, Oct. 1 The conference of the Conservative Party, at Margate, enthusiastically adopted a resolution urging tho Government to reaffirm Sir John Simon's earlier intimation to Germany that the question of mandates cannot be discussed.
