SURGEON'S £325,000 ESTATE MONEY FOR SCHOLARSHIP (Received October 'J, (>.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Oct. 1 Tho late Lord .Moynihan, eminent surgeon, left an estate to the value of approximately £.325,000 by will, probate of which Mas applied for to-day. It is Announced that his family will carry out Lord Moynihan's intention to bequeath £IOOO to Leeds University for a scholarship to be named after his wife. Ho did not have an opportunity of leaving the necessary instructions in his will. Lord Moynihan died at his home near Tweeds on September 7, following a stroke. Lady Moynihan had died only a week before.
