YOUNG PEOPLE'S DAY

OBSERVANCE TO-MORROW PRESBYTERIAN PLANS Young People's Day, which is being hold to-morrow by the Presbyterian Church throughout the Dominion, will be observed in the Auckland Presbytery in conjunction with the Bible Class day of prayer. The gatherings will also be in the nature of a continuation of the recent "youth for Christ" campaign. It has been suggested by leaders of the organisations involved that morning watch services be held at 9 o'clock on the five hilltops of Mount Hobson. Mount Eden, Mount Albert, Mount Victoria and Ono Tree Hill. If the weather proves unsuitable the gatherings will take place hi the nearest Presbyterian Church. In the late afternoon teas are to be held at the various churches for Hihle Class members and Sunday school teachers, and the topic of "Youth at Prayer" will be dealt with by speakers. The activities of the day will close after the evening church service with a vesper service of devotion and inspiration, conducted in most cases in the Bible Class rooms.
