DRUNKEN MOTORISTS
SUBJECTION TO BLOOD TESTS NEW GERMAN MEASURE (Received September 30, 6.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Henceforth, motorists in Germany suspected of being under the influence of drink when involved in road accidents, will be subjected to blood tests, in compliance with a new order.
