A NAUTICAL FAIR

A Nautical Fair in aid of the welfaro work of the Missions to Seamen will bo opened in the Town Hall concert chamber on Friday morning by the Mayoress of Auckland, Mrs. Ernest Davis. There will bo a wonderful display of produce, needlework, cakes, china : home-made sweets and dainty novelties suitable for Christmas gifts, and afternoon tea, high tea and supper will be procurable. In the evening a party from 11.M.5. Philomel, the Lyric Four and recent competition winners will take part in an "ashore and alioat" entertainment.
