FURTHER PROVISION
WIDOW OF TIMARU FARMER APPEAL COURT ORDER MADE [BY TELEGHAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Court of Appeal yesterday made an order for further provision out of the estate of Michael Mullin, of Timaru, retired farmer, in favour of his widow, Flora May Mullin. The estate was valued at about £35,000. By his will the deceased gave his widow (applicant) a legacy of £2OO and an annuity of £250 during her widowhood, together with the use of his residence and furniture, subject to the payment of outgoings. Other legacies totalling £2400 were given to various beneficiaries, and the balance of the estate was directed to be divided into 64 parts, of which 27 parts were to be paid to certain nephews and nieces of the testator and the remaining 37 shares to certain religious bodies.
