ATTITUDE OF GOVERNMENT "CLEAR DEFINITION LACKING" [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday " The policy of the new Government toward the real estate agency business has not been clearly defined so far," said Mr. F. J. Marfell, president of the Waikato branch of the Real Estate Institute, at the annual meeting of the branch to-night. One rather disturbing feature, he said, was disclosed when the State Advances Corporation invited owners of residential sections to submit particulars so that sales could be effected to prospective applicants for loans. No charge was made for this service.
