• I$V PAPATOETOE RESERVE TRIBUTE TO BOARD MEMBERS ■ Tributes to the progressive policy pursued by present and former ruem* ]( bers of the Papatoetoe Town Board were paid at a meeting of the hoard on Tuesday night, when a panoramic photograph of the main recreation reserve was presented. - ' ;ii The donor, Mr. R. Parker Hill, said X]; he and other'ratepayers appreciated the excellent work accomplished by the present and past boards in developing recreational facilities. The 15 acres of the reserve had been acquired by former branch local administrators and the foresight thus displayed was ap- , preciated by everyone who visited the grounds. The framed photograph, which was about six feet long, was donated in the hope that it would servo as • visible record' of the progress 'made. The chairman, Mr. W. J. Nicholson, and other members thanked Mr. Parker Hill for his public-spirited act.
