MUSICAL SUCCESS
FULL MARKS AWARDED AUCKLANDER'S ACHIEVEMENT The distinction of gaining a 100 per cent pass in the junior division of the recent examination in theory of music conducted by the Trinity College of Music, London, has been achieved by Miss Catherine M. Finlayson, of East Tainaki, a pupil of Mrs. 11. P. Walsh, of Papatoetoe. Miss Finlayson was awarded the possible number of marks for notation, time, intervals and terms and signs, and passed with honours.
