CHANGES AWAITED QUIETLY PEOPLE BACK IN VILLAGES [BY TELEGRAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Satnrday The Apia correspondent of the United Press Association, writing on August 27, says Samoa was never more quiet than at present. The feasting is over and tho people have returned to their villages. Committees are busily engaged in arranging for the election of faipules and in considering matters arising out of the goodwill mission. The Samoans are looking forward to important changes in the administration in September, after tho New Zealand Government has had time to consider the report of the ihission.
