"ARCHES OF THE YEARS"
A colourful pageant depicting the progress of women from the year 18S6 down to tlie present day has been arranged to mark the conclusioni of! the jubilee celebrations of the Y.\\ .U. The pageant lias been entitled 0 Ibe Arches of the Years," and it is estimated that nearly 1000 women find girls, in addition to a lull orchest a under the conductorship ot Mr. Ha'old Baxter, will bo taking part. lhe Arches of the Years" will be staged m the Town Hall on Wednesday and Thursday nights next week.
