PROBATION FOR FRAUD
[BY TELEGRAM PRESS ASSOCIATION'] DUNEMN, Monday Two years' probation was imposed upon Thomas John tfdmond Pitts, who appeared to-dav for sentence before Mr. Justice Kennedy, for fraudulently omitting to account for £76 Is 3d, and forging a signature to a cheque for £7 10s, which he cashed.
