AGE-LIMIT REDUCED ALARM IN GERMANY BERLIN, August 12 Germany is alarmed at the Soviet's reduction of the age for military service from 21 to 19, bringing Russia's standing army up to a peacetime strength of 1,600,000. Nazi official circles declare that this is Conclusive proof that Russia's pacific professions are not sincere.
