OFFENDER FINED £5 [nv TET.EfiRAPrr —OWN CORRF.SPONnKNT] KATTATA, Monday A charge of shooting a native pigeon was preferred against Thomas Moon, of Herekino, in the Magistrate's Court at Kaitaia before Mr. G. N. Morris, S.M. He was convicted and lined £5 and costs.
