WIN AGAINST LANCASHIRE AMAR NATH NOT RETURNING (Received July 19, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July IS The Indian touring team opened today in the match against Derbyshire and in their first innings lost eight wickets for 219. C. K. Nayudu was top scorer with 60 runs. The match against Lancashire ended yesterday in favour of tho Indians, who led their opponents by 84 runs. Their scores were 271 and IGI and Lancashire compiled 2.J4 and 114. C. K. Nayudu took six wickets for 4G. A message from Bombay reports that tho Indian player Amar Nat.li, who was repatriated as a disciplinary measure and later reinstated by tho Indian Hoard of Control, is definitely not returning to England. When interviewed in London, tho captain of the Indian team, Vizianagram, said: "I am a strict disciplinarian, and although the manager and 1 originally agreed to have Amar Nath back on certain conditions, on deeper consideration I changed my mind and informed the Indian Board of Control. Discipline must be kept, and I feel that the action originally taken should be adhered.to."
