REST PROVES BENEFICIAL (Receive 1 July 2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. July 1 The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, has benefited by his rest at Chequers and is sleeping better. He will return to London to-morrow and possibly attend the House of Commons.
