PAINTERS' AWARD
PROCEEDINGS ADJOURNED [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday After further proceedings to-day the painters' Conciliation Council adjourned to a date to be arranged. Various matters are to bo considered meantime by the local unions of employers and workers. Tho council will meet again in time for tho case to come before tho Arbitration Court at its next sitting, when it will deal with award cases.
