MOIIKIN SVILLE VALUES FIRM DEMAND FOR MUTTON GOOD HEIFERS SOUGHT The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, reports that its Morrinsville stock sale yesterday in all respects was much the same as the usual. Store and light quality fat Jersey cows were entered in quite heavy numbers but there was only a sprinkling of heavy cows apart from a few pens at the commencement. The usual buyers were operating and a steady demand with late rates being fully maintained was experienced. A draft of four and five-year breeding ewes in lamb to Southdown rams sold comparatively well, while a small entry of forward quality lambs also met with a brisk market.
