YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on the New Zealand Stock Kxchanges and the yield at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included. The yield on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption, and oh 3i per cent loans is for interest alone, covering only the tax-freo period. AUCKLAND EXCHANGE

THE MINING MARKET MOUNT MORGANS HIGHER SEVERAL SALES MADE An advance of 3Jd was made by Mount Lyells in dealing at 24s 5d on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday. Mount Morgans showed continued strength, transfers being put through at los 2d and 15s 3d, rises of 5d and 6d. Upper Watut were secured Is cheaper at 7s 2d, while Golconda Holdings fell 8d to lOd, the last sale being in December last year. Skippers and Waimuinus were placed unaltered.
